Seacoast Shores Association, Inc. Beach

The Seacoast Shores Association, Inc. (SSAI) owns a beautiful beach at mid-point of the peninsula at the end of the east side of Bayside Drive. The beach has been maintained by SSAI since the origins of the community and has been enjoyed by generations of Seacoast Shores residents. Annual SSAI Fees (Dues) are used to fund the maintenance and upkeep of the beach.

Beach Access

The beach is private property to be used by SSAI Members and their guests as well as permanent residents of the Seacoast Shores community.

BEACH RULES

The following rules have been put in place for the welfare and safety of all who use the beach

  • NO LIFEGUARD
  • SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK AT ALL TIMES
  • NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES SUSTAINED IN THE USE OF THE BEACH
  • NO BOAT, CANOE OR KAYAK LAUNCHING or BEACHING
  • NO DOGS
  • NO OPEN FIRES
  • NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
  • NO FIREWORKS, NO LITTERING, NO GLASS CONTAINERS
  • NO FISHING, NO BOATS ANCHORED AT BEACH
  • NO SMOKING
  • BEACH HOURS SUNRISE TO SUNSET
  • PLEASE KEEP OUR BEACH CLEAN AND PLACE RUBBISH IN BARRELS
