Property Planning Committee
We did it!!! The PPC has received firm commitments for $1.2 Million. That was our goal for announcing a 30 day interval to the end of the Marketing Phase.
Thank you to all our Investment Share Owners and also those members that purchased Resalable Investment Shares.
The Marketing Phase ended on midnight September 6th, 2009.
The PPC has now been disbanded and replaced with two committees. The Operations Committee and the Building Committee.
Jim Demopolous is the chair of the Operations Committee and is now leading the effort to firm up billing and collections for both Investment Share owners and those who purchased the Resaleable Investment shares. Upcoming meetings will be held on 3/2/2010, 3/17/2010 and 3/31/2010.
Pete Langan is the chair of the Building Committee and is now working with the town and an architect to firm up plans.
