New Clubhouse Details
The new clubhouse will:

Include a pool and tennis court

Have restaurant and bar capabilities (120 person capacity)

Have on-site parking

Rental availability
-
Various "events", i.e. Children's Bingo, Movie Night, Lobster Bake, and potential clubs-Book, sewing, etc.. (if you want to host something, please let us know)

Allow family members and friends to be included in Recreational Memberships, given they are not Seacoast Shores residents

Allow for rental properties to obtain Rental Memberships

Be situated to have a beautiful water view (it is located on the water with no obstructions to views)
We are targeting a Spring 2012 completion date!
Currently, there are a limited number of memberships available for $6,750, but once these are sold the cost of membership will rise to $13,500.
Pete Langan is the chair of the Building Committee and has finalized the plans and going out to bid. Jim Demopoulos is the chair of the Operating Committee.
